English is the official language of the Congress.
Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress and social programmes. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Congress venue, meeting rooms and social programmes.

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in all the HKCEC venues. To ensure reasonable performance and fair use by all Wi-Fi service users, there is a 240-minute usage limit of each session of the complimentary Wi-Fi service upon successful login for each device. Users can login again for the complimentary Wi-Fi service after each session or disconnection.
